Mike was elected at the Executive Committee Meeting of the  

New York Council of Deliberation on October 10, 2020, to receive

The Meritorious Service Award.

He will receive his Red Hat from the Valley of Utica and

be invested with his Jewel and Certificate at the 2021 COD Session.
